Purchase Terms


The web shop Garnityr is run by the company Linda Brodin Design & Garnityr.

This webshop is only available in Swedish (language) at the moment, but you can still make an order from other EU countries, according to this Purchase Terms.

If you are looking for my knitting pattern in English, I continually translate and publish at Garnityr has the right to adjust prices at any time, but the amount at the time of purchase applies.


Only prepayment applies to Garnityr.se.
NOTE! Your order will be processed only after payment has been received.

Garnityr offers the following payment options (outside of Sweden):
1. Card payments
(Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card). All card payments are safe handled by Paypal Checkout (you don´t need an Paypal account).
2. Paypal account.

Order, Invoice & Receipt

Check your purchases carefully in Cart (Varukorgen) Before you go to Checkout (Kassan), where you make the payment. In Checkout you accept these Purchase Terms (Villkor) and complete the purchase (Slutför order).

Immediately after payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a specification of your ordered items and an attached invoice (Faktura), that you just payed but it is your receipt.


Garnityr offers a fixed shipping price, regardless of the weight or order value of the shipment and regardless of the payment method.

Countries within EU (other than Sweden): 145 SEK (appr. 13-14 Euro). One shipping price for all order.

Countries outside of EU: No shipping.

Downloadable items: No shipping cost. For example PDF-patterns, tickets for KALs.

Delivary & Delivary time

Garnityr always makes every effort to pack and post your order as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days.

You can choose which shipping address you want the goods sent to – home to you, maybe at work or directly to a gift recipient. As the customer pays in advance, Garnityr believes that this is a safe choice.

Special requests for delivery can be stated as a message in the Checkout (Kassan).

Not collected deliveries

If you don´t collect your delivery, the payed amount is refund, minus costs for return shipping and handling (at most 200 SEK).

Assortment & Stock

The products available are displayed in the webshop. Some products are continually being filled, while others may run out of stock but return later, or be completely discontinued. New products are added now and then. Keep updated by following Garnityr on Facebook (facebook.com/garnityr) and Instagram (@garnityr).

Non Stock Item

Some products I only buy when you wish to buy them, to keep down the stock amount.
This applies products with fast delivery to Garnityr (Järbo Garn, KnitPro and Addi). In the shop you see ”Beställningsvara” at the cart button.
Delivery date will be notified to you as soon as possible after purchase or inquiry.

Som konsument har du rätt att ångra ett köp, se Distansavtalslagen. Ångerrätten gäller i 14 dagar från att du mottagit din leverans och endast om du aktivt meddelar Garnityr via e-post info@garnityr.se. Skriv ditt namn, adress, vilken produkt det gäller samt ordernummer. Produkten/Varorna ska returneras i obruten förpackning samt vara oanvända.

Garnityr återbetalar aktuellt belopp, med avdrag för returfraktkostnaden (max 200 kr). Läs mer på Återbetalning.

Ångerrätten gäller inte:

  • Produkt i öppnad förpackning.
  • Produkt i använt skick.
  • Digitalt nedladdade produkter (t.ex. PDF-mönster, presentkort).
  • Biljetter efter påbörjad KAL (datum som anges vid biljettköp).
  • Tidningar och utskrifter av mönster.
  • Prenumeration som påbörjats genom att en eller flera tidningar mottagits.
  • Specialtillverkade produkter, som tagits fram på uppdrag av dig som konsument.


Har du mottagit en defekt vara eller en produkt som du anser har fabrikationsfel, meddela Garnityr omgående, info@garnityr.se. Skriv ditt namn, adress, produkt, ordernummer samt felet på varan.

Undantag: Presentkort och digitalt nedladdade produkter kan ej reklameras.

Inaccurate delivery

I det fall Garnityr har skickat fel vara eller en produkt saknas i din leverans, skickas den rätta varan kostnadsfritt till konsumenten så snart som möjligt, och en retursedel skickas till konsumenten för retur av den felaktiga varan.

Meddela felleveranser till info@garnityr.se inom 14 dagar för att ev prisdifferens ska justeras. Därefter görs ingen återbetalning av Garnityr och inga krav på återbetalning kan åläggas konsumenten. Garnityr kan heller inte garantera att den önskade varan längre finns i lager.


IMPORTANT! Do not send anything without reading this first:

If you wish to return some products, send an e-mail to info@garnityr.se and describe your errand, add name and order number.

Returning products must be in unused condition and the packaging must be unbroken. You are responsible for the products condition until the delivery has reached Garnityr.

You pay the returning cost when you regretted purchase. Garnityr pays the returning cost for agreed complaints and inaccurate deliveries. Refund is made as the product price at the time of purchase, minus cost for returning shipment.


In that case Garnityr is refundable (for some of above reasons) Garnityr refund the agreed amountas soon as possible, no later than 14 days. The time for Paypal or the bank to transfer Money not included.

Exception: Products that will not be refunded are the same as Ångerrätten inte gäller för.
